League Teaming Up with Puska Media Services for Weekly Show

Richmond, Va. (Tuesday, March 2, 2010) – The Indoor Football League (IFL) kicked off its second season of play this past weekend, with seven games being recorded into the books. The league, which currently has a live webcasting partnership with B2 Networks, will begin airing its games live online for a second year this Friday night when the Colorado Ice and Billings Outlaws square off at the Budweiser Events Center in northern Colorado.

"The IFL is excited to renew its relationship with B2 Networks,” Commissioner Tommy Benizio said of the partnership with the league’s webcasting affiliate. “B2 is a high quality company dedicated to providing the highest quality video available for the fans of America's Premier Indoor Football League."

Also on the horizon for the IFL is an upcoming weekly radio show called This Week in the IFL, which will air live online. The show is slated to begin on Sunday, March 7th, and will run until Saturday, July 24th.

This Week in the IFL will provide fans access to IFL personalities like never before,” Benizio stated. “The IFL is dedicated to providing its fans with first class entertainment, and this program is the next step in creating a more interactive experience.”

Hosting the weekly IFL show will by Denis Puska, who currently owns his own media services company and hosts a weekly hockey show called Puska on Pucks.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with the IFL to produce this new concept show for them,” Puska commented. “Our plan is to deliver a fast-paced program packed full of information that will not only help to keep the current fans up to date, but to attract new ones to the sport.”

Fans who want to tune into the show will have a variety of outlets to use. The league site (, Puska’s site ( and Our Sports Central ( will all air the weekly shows. Each show will be aired live on Monday evenings, and podcasts will be available for download after the shows air.

Content of each program will include weekend recaps and game previews with insight coming from the players, coaches and staff of all 25 member clubs of the IFL.
