Ryan “The Polish Prince” Kielczewski is Undefeated in Eight Pro Fights
DiBella Entertainment has added Ryan “The Polish Prince” Kielczewski (8-0, 2 KOs) to its roster of fighters after coming to terms on a deal with the undefeated lightweight. The New England native is currently just 21 years of age, and his unblemished record is a product of two years as a professional fighter.
“DiBella Entertainment is the best around. I’ve heard that from everyone,” Kielczewski remarked. “Now I can focus on learning each day in the gym. I am getting better every day.”
Lou DiBella, the founder and President of DiBella Entertainment, was also happy to see the young Polish prospect come on board with the company.
“Ryan is an exciting young fighter with an all-star group behind him,” DiBella, stated. “His combination of character, looks and legitimate ability made him a priority to sign.”
During an accomplished amateur career, Kielczewski finished as runner-up in the 2008 National Golden Gloves at 125 pounds before turning professional later that year. The Quincy, Massachusetts, native officially made his pro debut in August of 2008 at BB Kings in the Times Square section of New York City, scoring a unanimous decision victory over Raphael Luna at 132 pounds. The event was hosted by DiBella Entertainment as part of its Broadway Boxing series, and his career now comes full circle by inking the deal to be represented by the same company that gave him his first bout.
When Kielczewski last stepped in the ring in June, it was again on a Broadway Boxing card, this one being in his home state of Massachusetts at Mechanics Hall in Worcester. The Polish prospect looked impressive in a unanimous decision win over Juan Nazario in six rounds, and that pairing is what led to his eventual contract.
With the ink on his new contract still drying, Kielczewski is targeting November as his debut with DiBella Entertainment.
