Topolski Spent Indoor Season with the New Jersey Ironmen

Newark, N.J. (Thursday, April 30, 2009) – With their 2009 season opener on tap for Sunday at NJIT’s Lubetkin Field, the Newark Ironbound Express announced today the addition of Polish First League defender David Topolski. The versatile Topolski comes to the Express via the New Jersey Ironmen, who he played for this past indoor soccer season.
Topolski was born in Pittsburgh and is the son of a Polish soccer coach. He has turned in a very successful outdoor career playing in Poland, beginning in 1999 for SKP Slupca and most recently with Tur Turek last year in the Polish First League. Over the time of his professional outdoor career, he has also played for the Polish National Team at the U-17, U-18 and U-21 level.
Topolski first played indoor soccer for the Cleveland Force in 2003-04 and returned to the indoor game this past season for the New Jersey Ironmen, playing in five contests.
Season ticket packages for the Express start as low as $25 for kids and $50 for adults. The Express will also be offering a special family season ticket pack for only $99 which includes a pair of adult season passes and two youth season passes for all eight Express home games.
