Waterbucket Media to Focus on Group Tickets in Non-Traditional Soccer Markets
Sky Blue FC of Women’s Professional Soccer (WPS) has formally entered into a partnership with Waterbucket Media, joining the organization as its official ticket sales organization with a focus on non-traditional soccer markets. Based out of Easton, Pennsylvania, Waterbucket Media will target an increase in group sales for the 2011 season, with staff members working both out of the team office in Somerset in addition to its own base in Easton.
“I am excited about our partnership with Waterbucket Media,” Sky Blue FC President Thomas Hofstetter stated. “The company brings many years of experience and will help us to accomplish our goals.”
Founded by former National Lacrosse League (NLL) Commissioner Jim Jennings, who served in that role for nearly nine years, Waterbucket Media was started in January of 2009. With a focus on sales, business development and public relations, the company has been highly successful in helping its client base reach significant profit margins since its launch. Among the current list of groups that the company represents include the Ivy League, Major League Baseball (MLB) Alumni Association, International Management Group (IMG) Academy, Baseball Hall of Famers Reggie Jackson and Yogi Berra, as well as former Heavyweight World Champion Larry Holmes.
