Antibacterial Product Company Hits Appearances in Three States over Three Weeks
Matguard USA, the leading antibacterial product company focused on preventing skin disease in athletics, will be building the exposure of its brand at three key events in three different states during the month of May. Beginning with the Beat the Streets Gala in New York City and National High School Coaches Association (NHSCA) Regional Qualifiers in Harrisburg on May 6th, Matguard USA will close out the month at the NHSCA National Team Duals in Virginia Beach from May 27-29th.
“Our commitment to the elimination of skin disease in wrestling and other sports mandates that we try to attend as many quality events as possible,” said Tom Bunge, President of Matguard USA. “We utilize our time to help educate and assist coaches and parents to raise the level of awareness about sports related skin disease and what they can do to help prevent it in their athletes.”
The mission of Beat the Streets is to expand and develop wrestling in the New York City Metropolitan Area, starting at the youth platform and continuing through the Olympic level. The event on May 6th will take place at Times Square beginning at 3:00 p.m., with wrestlers from the USA and Russia competing. Following the match schedule, a reception and awards ceremony will be hosted at the Hard Rock Café on Broadway.
After the Regional Qualifiers in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the NHSCA will kick off its 22nd Annual High School Wrestling Nationals Championship at the Virginia Beach Convention Center on May 27th. At the 2010 event, a total of 2,662 wrestlers from 48 states registered to compete, and over 700 of the individuals had won at least one state title at some point during their career.
The patented skin and body protection products by Matguard USA are used by over 1,500 professional, college and high school sports teams, as well as over 1,000 MMA facilities, gyms and health clubs to assist in the prevention of MRSA and other skin diseases.
